lyrics
Obsidian Skies
You’re visiting late this year,
I’d almost forgotten about you
And your stare,
and the void that has been closest all this time.
I feel you,
I hear you,
I feel your weight on my chest;
It’s always been your preferred place to rest
And to dwell.
Have you ever been gone?
Have you?
Many times I’ve tried to paint you on the walls,
But every time I do, you
Change.
And grow
those piercing hands that
permeate my skin,
It’s useless to even sleep
And sing those lullabies.
When a new light arises,
You’re awaiting me.
I’ll always dig for those scissors,
To cut you from my breast;
Please! Get out.
Your words like hollow chimes.
Where you dwell, there is no light that would ever shine.
I vanish,
To leave it all to you, to you.
I hear you,
I feel you,
I hear you,
I feel you.
Out, get out!
Hold me,
Leave me, hold me, leave me.
I’m nothing without
You.
Have you ever been gone?
Have you?

In a heavy, somber and ethereal manner, wazzara weave elements of doom, post metal and blackgaze into dreamy and atmospheric
soundscapes.
wazzara emerged 2015 from a themed solo project of Swiss singer and composer Barbara Brawand and over time evolved to a full band with additional band members George Necola (bass), Mäsi Stettler (guitar), Tom Kuzmic (guitar) and Deniz Lebovci (drums)....more
This album is fantastic. I can't pick just one song as the best. Dancing in hell, Ava of death, All shall burn, Memoriam are some of the best songs I've ever heard. Michal89cze
Weedian presents a 56-track chronicle of Mexico's stoner metal and heavy psych scenes, from ’90s forefathers to contemporary wrecking crews. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 21, 2022
Well-established Finnish post-folk metal with a talented lady musician behind the concept, with devilish goth look, the voice of an angel and the growls of a demon. Really love the contrasting duality ever present here, it's so different than a "typical" folk band. This is still very special, and the atmosphere created by Vermilia is not the classic Finnish extreme metal, but still a captivating and immersive sound. This is an incredibly impressive album !! sachavonkarl74
